ClearPico Terms of Use and Service Support

1. Introduction

By downloading or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The ClearPico application and all associated intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights, remain the exclusive property of ClearPico. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying or modifying any portion of the application

• Attempting to extract source code

• Creating derivative works

• Translating the application into other languages

2. Service Commitment

ClearPico strives to maintain an efficient and useful application. We reserve the right to:

• Modify application features and functionality

• Implement service charges with prior notification

No fees will be imposed without clear disclosure of pricing terms.

3. Personal Data Handling

The application processes personal data to deliver services. Users must:

• Maintain device security

• Avoid jailbreaking or rooting devices, as this may:

  • Compromise security protections

  • Increase vulnerability to malware

  • Cause application malfunctions

4. Disclaimer of Liability

ClearPico shall not be responsible for:

6.Fees

You are responsible for all charges related to using the purchased Service (for example, data charges and currency exchange settlements). You will pay the Fees in the currency We quoted at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change the eligible currencies at any time, except where not permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right to change its prices at any time. However, if we have offered a specific duration and Fee for your use of the Service, we agree that the Fee will remain in force for that duration.

This constitutes a binding contract. Users who:
