Though I don't think there is any 100% perfect CPA Network out there, I do believe that these are the best CPA networks available today.

PeerFly

PeerFly have been a leading earner for me for a while now, they pay very well compared to alot of other CPA Networks and have a nice and simple approach to their interface. The offers converting the best for me are their Email/Zip Submit offers. If you need any help they have a small but very friendly team to answer any questions you have. I highly Recommend this network to anyone from newbies to the seasoned pro.

CPAlead

CPAlead is huge. While each offer does not quite pay as much as the other two networks here you do get a setup that makes everything so easy to make money. There is a huge active community on their live chatroom and in the forums so you will always have some help. The main feature of CPAlead is their content blocker widget. It makes it easy to create rewards sites or premium access areas to your website. Probably the easiest network to start making money in CPA. They also have an in house marketplace where you can get a hold or all the latest scripts to make some serious cash. eg. Facebook Viral Apps allowing you to gain huge amounts of likes, friends and leads faster than you can imagine. CPAlead is definately the best cpa network with content blocker features built in.

MaxBounty

Last but not my any means least is the all might MaxBounty. Now this is one of my top CPA networks simply because of its great customer interface. It allows me to quickly search for the types of offers I need and they have a nice high rate of pay for each one. Similar to PeerFly, they have to content blocker but give you everything you need to get going, each offer comes with the resources you need to promote them. eg. banners, text links, pre written emails. Like the other two CPA networks mentioned above the staff are also very friendly. I guess that goes along way in pushing me to make the top 3 list that i have.

Yes there are plenty more CPA Networks but these three are the ones I keep returning to. They always seem to have the offers I need, each having their own benefits to me.
