مقدمة

تم إنشاء جهاز حماية المستهلك بموجب القانون رقم 67 لسنة 2006

يهدف تطبيق المحمول الخاص بجهاز حماية المستهلك الى جعل خدماته متاحه في أي مكان و زمان . وهو احد القنوات الرسمية لتلقى شكوى المستهلك ومتابعتها من خلاله .

مسئوليتنا :-

يلتزم جهاز حماية المستهلك عند جمعه الى اي بيانات من المستهلك من خلال التطبيق مثل ( الاسم – البريد الالكترونى – الرقم القومى ) ان هذه البيانات تجمع لهدف التحقيقات التى تتم بخصوص شكوى المستهلك كما ان الجهاز يلتزم بعدم مشاركة هذه البيانات مع اى جهات اخرى وذلك وفقا للمادة رقم 18 من قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 67 لسنة 2006 والذى ينص على يحظر على العاملين بالجهاز الافصاح او افشاء المعلومات وبياناتها ومصدرها المتعلقة بالحالات الخاصة بتطبيق احكام هذا القانون .

Introduction:-

Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) is a governmental agency established in accordance with the Egyptian law No. 67 for the year 2006 and affiliated to the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade.

The CPA Mobile Application objectives are:

- Making CPA services available from any location and at any time through the application.

- One of the channels through which the consumer can submit their complaints and follow them up.

Our Commitment:

This is a commitment from The Egyptian consumer protection agency (CPA) that any users’ information collected from this Application which is called "CPA جهاز حماية المستهلك" is only for our internal investigation of CPA and we don’t allowed to share it with anyone outside CPA, also we are committed to article No 18 of the law 67/2006 which protect the confidentiality of data.
