FAQ
Can I cancel the secure transaction at any time?
Yes! It is possible. However, to prevent reckless cancellations of secure transactions, we will refund the amount minus a 5% fee.
Who bears the fee?
The tenant (the person looking for a place) bears the fee.
Can I not use a Korean PayPal account?
That's correct. Unfortunately, PayPal accounts owned in Korea are not supported. We are currently working on introducing another payment method for Korean users. Please wait a little longer!
