This Privacy Policy explains how Peacefull Shark (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Android version of Cozy Makeover: Hidden Objects (the “Game”).
Developer: Peacefull Shark
Privacy contact: delovoydrew@gmail.com
Game progress and preferences. The Game stores progress, completed tasks, virtual currency, items, and settings such as your selected language on your device so you can continue playing. The current Android version does not require you to create a player account. Your complete save file is not sent to Google Analytics, although selected progress and interaction events are sent as described below.
Gameplay and usage information. We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the Game is used. Events can include starting a session, completing tutorial steps, progressing through story dialogue, starting and finishing levels, wins and losses, time spent playing, mistakes, booster use, rewards, and interactions with the in-game shop. Events may include level and story identifiers, progress, language, session identifiers, and basic technical error events. These events do not contain text you type or the contents of your private communications.
Device and analytics information. Google's SDK automatically processes information such as an app-instance identifier, device model, operating system, app version, language, sessions, and approximate location derived from the device's IP address. The SDK may also collect the Android Advertising ID when available under your device settings. These identifiers can distinguish installations or devices; analytics data is therefore not necessarily anonymous. The Game does not request precise GPS location.
Information you send us. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to include. Please do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
We use this information to save your progress and preferences; understand which features and levels players use; improve tutorials, difficulty, and game balance; identify technical problems; and respond to support or privacy requests. Analytics helps us understand overall usage and where players stop progressing.
The Game sends analytics information to Google through the Firebase Analytics SDK. Google processes this information to provide analytics services and in accordance with the applicable Google terms and privacy information. Analytics collection starts automatically in the current Android version; it does not currently include an in-game analytics switch.
For details about Google's handling of information, see:
We share the analytics information described above with Google to obtain analytics services. If you email us, our email service provider processes the correspondence. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect legal rights and address security incidents. We do not sell players' personal information.
Local progress and settings remain on your device until you clear the Game's app data or remove the Game, subject to any device or operating-system backup and restore settings.
User-level and event-level analytics records are retained under the retention settings of our Google Analytics property and Google's applicable retention rules, and are then deleted automatically according to those rules. Aggregated reports may remain available for longer. Retention depends on the type of record, the configured analytics period, and whether it remains necessary for the purposes described above. You can contact us for information about the period applicable to your request.
Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and related follow-up, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations.
Google Analytics encrypts data in transit using TLS. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You can delete local progress and settings through Android's app storage settings. Clearing app data may permanently erase your progress. Uninstalling the Game stops future collection by that installation, but does not automatically delete analytics information already sent to Google.
You can manage or delete your advertising ID in Android's privacy or advertising settings, where supported. This limits access to that identifier; it does not turn off all analytics or delete past analytics records.
For access, correction, or deletion requests, email delovoydrew@gmail.com with the subject “Cozy Makeover — Privacy Request”. Tell us what you would like us to do. We may need limited additional information to verify the request and locate relevant records. Because the Game does not use player accounts and analytics is associated with technical identifiers, an email address alone may not identify a particular analytics record. We will explain any identification limits and available next steps.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy of your data, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a data protection authority. This policy is an explanation of data practices and does not itself constitute consent.
The Game is intended for a general and family audience. The current Android version does not ask players to enter their age or create an account. It does not ask children to provide their name, email address, or contact details to play. The automatic analytics described in this policy operates in the current Android version and may also process device and usage information when a child plays.
If you are a parent or guardian with a question about your child's information or wish to request its deletion, contact delovoydrew@gmail.com. We will review the request and take appropriate steps under applicable law, subject to our ability to identify the relevant information.
Google and other service providers may process information on servers outside your country, including in countries with different data protection laws. Their applicable terms describe the safeguards and transfer mechanisms used for this processing.
We may update this policy when the Game or our data practices change. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for relevant changes.
