Adding on to the current communications constellation network is Scar with number 1013. Along with bringing further technological developments is the design of the satellite platform built for longer staying. The platform has increased fuel capacity for a longer expected lifespan and larger communication systems to be part of the deep space communications network. A wrap solar panel design is used deployed after launch to negate the need for long term space hardened servos for solar tracking panels.
