The Croptop is a limitedly produce prototype platform serving as a technology demonstrator observing primarily leading-edge intake design, wing profile & tailplane, thrust vectoring. Croptops continued in long term operations for continued data collection and minor adjustments and notably aiding in thrust vectoring long in the future.
