It never saw production with only a few prototype flight articles ever being created. The Deadblow is a two seater platform interceptor with a massive twin powerhouse to reach bombers or even missiles at ludicrous speeds. An internal bay is built in centerline to carry missiles outside of the airstream. Additional variable geometry intakes are featured with manuevering at high speeds being the Deadblow’s main defensive action.
