Rashchenko Natalia Vladimirovna in 1982 graduated from the  Kiev Medical Institute and acquired specialty "dentist". In 1989 she was elected to the position of assistant of the Department of Orthodontics and Prosthodontics Propedeutics at the competition, and since 2000 and to this day she has been Assistant Professor of the same department. 

In 1994, Raschenko N.V. defended her PhD thesis on the topic: "Stimulating therapy in complex treatment of maldevelopment of the mandible". 

Co-author of 3 textbooks for students of higher medical schools of the IV level of accreditation and the manual of licensed test tasks "Step-2". Raschenko NV is a co-author of new curricula, standard and work programs in orthodontics for dental faculties of higher medical institutions of the III-IV accreditation levels, prepared according to the implementation of the Bologna Declaration in the higher medical education system. It has 94 printed works, 44 of which are published in scientific publications accredited by the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine. Received 7 patents of Ukraine for inventions. From 1997 to 2004 she worked as an assistant at the Department of Orthopedic Dentistry and Orthodontics of the O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University.

In 2001 she defended her MD (Phd) thesis on «Methods of fixation of facing materials on the frame of non-removable solid dentures». She proposed new methods, which considerably increased the efficiency of dental prosthetics.

Since 2004, she has been selected to the position of Associate Professor of the Department of Orthodontics and Propaedeutics of Orthopedic Dentistry, NMU, at which she is currently working.

She is currently working on her doctoral dissertation. She has 83 publications, 6 patented inventions, co-author of 3 textbooks for students of higher education institutions of the fourth accreditation level.

Irina Skrypnyk is an experienced specialist in the field of orthodontics, has modern methods of diagnostics and treatment of orthodontic patients. She received her international education - internship at the Medical University of Hungary (Debrecen, 1989), Austria (Vienna, 1999-2000), United Kingdom (London, 2008), Germany (Erlangen-Nuremberg, 2009), France (Paris, 2015). Participates in scientific and practical congresses, conferences on orthodontics, reports to both Ukraine and abroad, develops new methods of diagnosis and treatment, constantly working to improve their knowledge. He is the author of more than 100 scientific works, 6 of which are confirmed by the author's certificates for the invention. She is the scientific editor of the professional journal Modern Orthodontics, the editor of the journal Dentistry: From Science to Practice, and is the co-author of a national textbook on orthodontics (three editions - Ukrainian, Russian and English). In October 2015 under the editorship of Skrypnyk I.L. the book "The Mechanics of Orthodontic Treatment" by J. Bennett.

According to the order of the Ministry of  Health of Ukraine № 438 from 17.07.2015 is the co-developer of the Unified clinical protocols of rendering medical care under the section "dentistry-orthodontics".

The goal of scientific research was to prevent tooth enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment. The impact of the new domestic light-hardening material "ЕSTA-F" on the microflora of the oral cavity, as well as the depth of penetration of the fluoride contained in it into the hard tissues of the tooth, was studied.

On the basis of toxicological, sanitary-chemical, electron microscopic, as well as clinical studies, the effectiveness and feasibility of using "ЕSTA-F" in orthodontic practice for the prevention of tooth enamel demineralization during appliance treatment has been proven.
