Hello!

My name is Jessica Cowan, I am a graduate student in Antioch University Seattle’s APA-Accredited Clinical Psychology program. As a part of my dissertation research, I am asking treatment providers (medical and mental health professionals; e.g. physicians, psychologists, social workers, nurses etc.) to complete an online survey of their knowledge and experiences related to eating disorders. Eating disorder treatment experience is NOT required.

The survey is designed to take less than 15 minutes to complete and, following completion, you will have an opportunity to enter to win one of two $50 Amazon.com gift cards. Additionally, for the first 250 participants, $2 per participant will be donated to the National Eating Disorder Association (NEDA)*.

This study has been approved by the Antioch University Seattle IRB.
