WhaT is the COVID-19 HOME Care Program?
This is a partnership between The Medical City (TMC) and Home Healthlink Innovations Inc. (Healthlink) that aims to ensure patients suspected of or positive for COVID-19 are closely monitored, attended to, and guided on their health condition and recovery through a physician-supervised continuity of care at home.
THIS IS APPLICABLE FOR MILD CASES ONLY.
Who can avail?
Patients who would want to be under the care of medical professionals and:
are suspected of or positive for COVID-19;
have mild and moderate symptoms of COVID-19;
are awaiting test results;
are completing self-isolation
THE PACKAGES
Program A

A 3-day monitoring program recommended for patients with COVID symptoms. It includes the following:
-Remote monitoring via helpline
-Teleconsultation with the Attending Physician
-Access to Care Platform
Program B

A 3-day monitoring program recommended for patients with positive RT-PCR results who need close monitoring while completing their quarantine period. It includes the following:
-Remote monitoring via helpline
-Teleconsultation with the Attending Physician
-Access to Care Platform
-One-time onsite visit by a Field Physician

Is there someone who can be with the patient while in the program?
Healthlink is a professional full-service home health care provider that caters to the health needs of patients. The Home Care Specialists (HCS) are caregivers with clinical training, skills, and experience to ensure patients are closely and pro-actively monitored, and comfortable during the recovery process.
They work closely with the Healthlink multi-disciplinary medical and wellness team of doctors, nurses, PTs and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and consistent level of care.
Is the program available only for metro manila residents?
No. Patients from Marikina, selected Rizal towns (Cainta, and Taytay) may also be accommodated.
Can this be covered by my hmo/health insurance?
Kindly coordinate with your HMO for coverage.
are senior citizen and pwd discounts applicable? is this philhealth Compensable?
No.
