On January 4, 2022, a Google Form entitled "ND Student Reactions to New COVID Policies, Spring 2022" was released in order to poll the Notre Dame student body on their support of the new COVID policies instituted by the university administration for the Spring 2022 semester. The poll was sent in various student group chats with intent of canvasing as diverse a sample as a possible, but initial access to such groups was limited. The poll is still open to current Notre Dame students—both undergraduate and graduate—so please continue to send it to other students and student groups.
The poll can be accessed at this link.
This page serves merely to aggregate and present the data collected from the Google Form. Note that that the spreadsheets are linked directly to the poll, so these tables will update in real time as students continue to take it. For readability, the text of each of the questions has been shortened and presented as a short statement (the original questions are visible in the Appendix table). The numbers shown in the numbered tables represent the affirmative answers to each of the questions in the form.
Response rates based on Notre Dame's current enrollment numbers.
Numbers and percentages of responses broken down by class.
This table shows the raw data exactly as it was collected from the Google Form. We include this merely for transparency.
