These Terms and Conditions apply to the Covrly mobile application, hereinafter referred to as the “Application”, “App”, “Service”, or “Covrly”, created by Meena Ranka, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, as a freemium service.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
Covrly provides AI-powered cover image generation tools, including Text to Cover Image and Photo to Cover Image generation.
You may use the Application only for lawful, personal, and permitted purposes. You are responsible for the text prompts, images, instructions, and other content you submit through the Application.
You must not use Covrly to create, upload, process, or distribute content that:
Violates any applicable law
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights
Contains illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, or exploitative material
Impersonates another person or misrepresents their identity
Contains images you do not have permission to use
Attempts to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or exploit the Application or its services
Unauthorised copying, modification, distribution, translation, or creation of derivative versions of the Application is prohibited.
You may not attempt to extract the source code, bypass security features, interfere with the Application, or use the Application’s trademarks without permission.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, software rights, designs, and other intellectual property associated with Covrly remain the property of the Service Provider or their respective owners.
You retain ownership of the text prompts and images you submit through the Application.
By submitting a prompt or uploading an image, you grant the Service Provider and its authorised processing providers a limited, temporary licence to process that content solely to provide the requested feature.
You confirm that you own the submitted content or have all permissions necessary to upload and process it.
The Service Provider is not responsible for disputes, claims, or losses arising from content submitted without appropriate rights or consent.
Covrly uses artificial intelligence to generate cover images.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or different from what the user intended. The Service Provider does not guarantee that every result will be accurate, suitable, or free from errors.
Users are responsible for reviewing generated results before saving, publishing, sharing, or relying on them.
Covrly must not be used to generate unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.
Covrly uses third-party services, including Fal.ai, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and Apple In-App Purchase.
These services may operate under their own Terms and Conditions and privacy policies.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the independent actions, availability, policies, or performance of third-party providers.
Covrly may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions or in-app purchases that unlock premium features.
Payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms.
Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, an auto-renewable subscription may renew automatically.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.
Prices, subscription periods, free trials, and included features will be displayed before purchase. Any refund request is handled according to Apple’s policies and applicable law.
Some Covrly features require an active internet connection to communicate with third-party AI processing services.
The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application cannot function fully because of:
No internet connection
Poor Wi-Fi or mobile network coverage
Service outages
Device limitations
Third-party provider interruptions
Operating system incompatibility
Exhausted mobile data allowances
Mobile data, roaming, and other network charges are the user’s responsibility.
If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer to use mobile data and make purchases.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and controlling access to the Application.
The Service Provider advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device. Doing so may expose the device to malware, weaken security protections, and cause the Application to function incorrectly.
The Service Provider is not responsible for loss or damage caused by an insecure, modified, unsupported, or compromised device.
Covrly may store generated images, generation history, preferences, and settings locally on your device.
You are responsible for backing up any content you wish to retain. Local data may be lost if you uninstall the Application, clear its data, change devices, or experience device failure.
The Service Provider does not guarantee recovery of locally stored content.
Covrly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider does not guarantee that:
The Application will always be available or uninterrupted
All features will operate without errors
AI-generated results will meet expectations
The Application will be compatible with every device or operating system
Third-party services will always remain available
The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Application or generated results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
The Service Provider may update, modify, add, remove, restrict, or discontinue features at any time.
Operating system requirements may change, and users may need to install updates to continue using the Application.
The Service Provider does not guarantee continued support for every device, operating system version, or feature.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application if a user violates these Terms, misuses the Service, creates legal or security risks, or where the Application is discontinued.
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Application will end.
You must stop using the Application.
You may need to delete the Application from your device.
Sections relating to intellectual property, user responsibility, liability, and dispute-related obligations will continue where applicable.
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically.
Continued use of Covrly after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service Provider, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available in the user’s country or region.
