Welcome to my page! I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Grinnell College. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2023 with concentrations in American Politics and Quantitative Research Methods, and a focus on race, tolerance, and political behavior. I am a former fellow of the American Politics Research Lab and the LeRoy Keller Center for the Study of the First Amendment. Prior to my time at Grinnell, I held a professorship at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. 

I received my undergraduate degree in Organizational Studies with certificates in Entrepreneurial Management and Nonprofit Management from the University of Iowa in 2017, and my Master's in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2019.
