Factor Fees

Factor fees are paid to maintain the development common areas as noted in property deeds your solicitor will have discussed with you upon purchase.  As a resident you have a responsibility to maintain these - not the council.  The council does not own the communal ground of Countesswells.

Common areas include communal green areas, planting and beds, the orchard and play park etc. and any other future whole community infrastructure.
