Countesswells Estate Annual General Meeting

The 2025 AGM for Countesswells will take place on Wednesday 19 November 2025, 6.00pm at The Fourmile House, Kingswells.

Please see a copy of the letter sent to home owners below.

As noted, a legally convened meeting can only take place where a quorum of 175 (20% of the total number of 875 owners) or more owners confirm their attendance or appoint James Gibb residential factors or another owner/representative to vote on their behalf.

During the 2024 AGM we met quorum so were able to take forward motions raised.
