Community Bulb Planting

The Countesswells Community Group annual bulb planting event aims to brighten our community with spring blooms. Come along to help plant out our communal areas and meet new friends!

Sunday 6 October, 10.00am - 12.00pm

Volunteers to meet at Sainsbury's.

All ages welvome, but children must be accompanied by an adult. Please dress for muddy conditions and bring gloves and a trowel.

Bulb Planting Locations

The following images identify the agreed locations for community planting 2024 and will be shared with James Gibb to ensure ground maintenance is aware to prevent damage. Each year new locations will be identified to ensure good coverage across the community.

• At hedge egde in front of school

• Flowerbed at top of Cults Burn

• Mulch areas of Cults Burn banks

• Rocky outcrops at park entrances

• Mulched flowerbed at Cults Burn wall

• Flowerbeds next to SM showhomes inside park

• Flowerbeds within raised area of parks

• Mulched flowerbeds at west entrance of park

• Edge of suds where Gairnhill, Deer Park and North C/W Rd meet
