Counter+ (the “App”) is provided by MAYANK KUMAR LODHI (“we”, “us”, or “Service Provider”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices available to you. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect the following categories of information:
1. Account information (personal data)
Email address provided during registration or when using the “Forgot Password” feature.
This information is used only for account creation, authentication, and account recovery.
2. App data and user progress (stored in database)
Counter values
Daily streak data
Badges earned
Daily history counts
Today’s progress
Total lifetime counts
This data is associated with your account and stored securely in our Supabase database to provide core app functionality, restore progress, and sync data across sessions.
3. User content / Feedback
Feedback messages submitted through the in-app feedback feature (available to both logged-in and logged-out users).
Feedback may include text and optional contact information you choose to provide.
4. App usage and device information
Automatically collected information such as device model, operating system, IP address, app interactions (screens visited, time spent), and performance logs.
This data is used for analytics, performance improvement, and debugging.
5. Advertising identifiers and advertising-related information
When ads are shown, we and our advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) may collect advertising identifiers and related data required to serve, measure, and improve advertisements.
We use the collected information to:
Create and manage user accounts and authentication.
Store and restore counters, streaks, badges, and progress.
Provide daily statistics and lifetime usage history.
Respond to feedback and support requests.
Serve advertisements and rewarded ads.
Improve app performance, reliability, and security.
Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or technical issues.
The App uses third-party services that may process certain data:
Supabase We use Supabase as our backend service provider for secure database hosting and user authentication.
Authentication: When you create an account, your email address is processed and stored by Supabase to manage your login access.
Database: Your app data (counters, streaks, history, badges) is stored securely on Supabase servers.
Google AdMob / Google Play Services Used to display ads and for analytics. These services may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to provide personalized or non-personalized ads in accordance with Google’s privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect legal rights, user safety, or prevent fraud.
Some premium themes are unlocked temporarily after watching a rewarded advertisement. Rewarded ads are served by advertising partners (such as AdMob), who may collect data necessary to provide and measure the ad experience.
The App includes a mascot that may ask for a user’s name only for a one-time greeting and welcome experience.
This name is not stored locally, not saved in any database, and not transmitted to our servers.
Only app progress data such as counters, streaks, and statistics are stored as described above.
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the App.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting mayankkumar9020@gmail.com.
Upon request, we will process the deletion of your account and personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for analytics.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.
We use industry-standard security measures provided by Supabase to protect your information during storage and transmission (encryption). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Account-related personal data (such as email): Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward (e.g., up to 24 months) to support recovery and comply with legal obligations.
Usage statistics and progress data: Retained as long as necessary to provide app functionality or until deletion is requested.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
