About Me

I am an attorney in general practice in American Samoa. I believe in serving others as they face hardships or the unfamiliar. Over twenty years ago when I was a new police officer, I saw myself as helping the little guy or the person who had been victimized get justice. That has carried through my career in law enforcement and as an attorney. As an attorney, I have been in-house counsel, a prosecutor, and an Assistant Attorney General. I can help.
