Welcome to CosPets. These Terms of Use ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "the user") and the provider of the CosPets mobile application ("we" or "us"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the CosPets app ("the App").By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
CosPets is a creative mobile application that allows users to generate fun costume images for their pets using AI-powered image processing technology. The App enables users to:
Upload photos of their pets
Apply virtual costumes and styles using AI generation
Add stickers and text overlays to images
Save and share their creations
The App uses third-party AI services for image processing. All image generation is performed securely, and we do not permanently store your uploaded images on our servers beyond what is necessary for processing.
When using the App, you agree not to:
Violate any laws or public decency standards
Upload, capture, or process any illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringing content
Upload images of humans or content that violates others' privacy or rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the App
Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes
Circumvent any usage limits, subscription requirements, or security measures
Conduct any operation that may compromise App security or user experience
We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate usage in case of violations, without liability.
The App may offer in-app purchases and subscription options for premium features. By purchasing a subscription:
You agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policies
Free trial usage is limited and tracked per device. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or trial limits at any time.
All designs, illustrations, animations, stickers, templates, content, branding, and technical logic within the App are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the App for commercial purposes without our written consent.Images you create using the App are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. However, you acknowledge that the AI-generated content may incorporate elements from our proprietary templates and styles.
Your privacy matters to us. CosPets is designed with privacy in mind.When you use the app to generate costume images, your photos may be sent to our AI processing partners (such as OpenAI) for one-time processing. We do not collect personal identity information beyond what is necessary for the App's functionality.For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, or modify any part of the App for reasons including maintenance, legal compliance, or technical needs. This includes changes to features, pricing, or availability of certain costumes and styles.Notifications may be provided within the App where appropriate. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect their subscriptions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
AI generation quality variations or unexpected results
Third-party service outages or force majeure events
Functional issues caused by your own device settings, hardware limitations, or network connectivity
Any loss of data or content
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your country or region of residence. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter may be submitted to the competent court in your jurisdiction.
We may update this Agreement as required by law or as functionality evolves. Any changes will be announced within the App. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
