Recent observations have triggered discussions among the cosmological community, with potentially pivotal and far reaching implications. The catalyst for the ongoing debate appears to be so far unexplained differences between the early and the late-time measurements of the Hubble constant. Persistent reports of bulk peculiar motions larger and faster than typically anticipated, as well as of anomalous dipolar anisotropies in the number counts of distant radio-sources, have added to the debate. As a result, an increasing number of cosmologists are reconsidering the status of the current cosmological model, the ΛCDM paradigm. In summary, it seems that the time may have come to review some of our long-standing views and perceptions regarding the universe we live in.

The aim of the workshop is to review the status of the standard ΛCDM paradigm, draw attention to open issues that may question its foundations and robustness, as well as to discuss alternatives that could alleviate the tensions and consider the possible future perspectives. The meeting is organized by the Cosmology Group at the Astronomy Lab of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the venue is in the university campus, near the city center. The event is part of the three-year research project "Tilted Cosmology", funded by the Hellenic Foundation for Research & Innovation.
