Cosmic War ("we", "our", or "us") values the privacy of its players. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how it is protected.
1. DATA WE COLLECT
We only collect the data necessary for game functionality:
Game statistics: number of enemies defeated, scores, achievements etc.
Username: chosen by the player.
Anonymous User ID: automatically generated and not linked to personally identifiable information.
2. DATA STORAGE
Data is stored in the following ways:
On your device, in an encrypted JSON file.
On a secure online database hosted via Google Firebase, for the purpose of game progress saving and synchronization.
3. USE OF DATA
We use your data solely for the following purposes:
Saving and restoring game progress.
Displaying your scores and statistics, including in a public leaderboard visible to other players.
Improving the gameplay experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data for advertising purposes.
4. DATA SHARING
Your data is accessible only to:
Our development team.
Google Firebase services, used for hosting and data management.

5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active or as long as you use the game. You may request data deletion at any time.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
Request access to your data.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Withdraw your consent at any time.

7. SECURITY
We implement technical measures (encryption, secure access controls) to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
