This Privacy Policy describes how TY Development ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application Cosmic Pop: Bubble Blast (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
Cosmic Pop is designed to collect as little information as possible. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
Usage and gameplay data. We collect anonymous information about how you play — for example, levels started and completed, in-app purchases made, rewards claimed, and session activity. This data is not linked to your real-world identity and is used to understand how players use the App so we can improve it.
Device and technical information. We (and our service providers) may collect technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and general (country/region-level) location derived from your IP address.
Advertising identifier. With your permission (see Section 4), our advertising partner may access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to deliver and measure personalized advertising.
Purchases. When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your credit card number or payment details — Apple handles all payment processing. We receive only confirmation of the purchase.
We do not knowingly collect any information that directly identifies you as an individual.
We use the information described above to:
Operate, maintain, and improve the App and its gameplay;
Process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions;
Understand player behavior and measure performance through analytics;
Display advertising, including personalized advertising where permitted;
Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse;
Comply with our legal obligations.
The App uses the following third-party services, each of which may collect and process information under its own privacy policy:
Apple App Store / StoreKit — processes in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Analytics provider — we use a mobile analytics service to collect anonymous usage statistics that help us improve the App.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cosmic Pop displays advertising, and may show personalized ads provided by Google AdMob. On Apple devices, before any advertising partner accesses your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), the App will ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.
You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
You can also limit ad personalization through Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
In addition, the App includes an "Anonymous Analytics" toggle in its own Settings screen that lets you opt out of analytics collection at any time.
Cosmic Pop is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us at the email below and we will take steps to delete it. We recommend that parents supervise children's use of mobile devices and consider using Apple's parental controls and Ask to Buy features.
We retain anonymous usage and analytics data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Because we do not collect information that identifies you personally, we are generally unable to associate retained data with any individual.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it, or to opt out of certain processing. Because Cosmic Pop does not collect information that identifies you personally, we may be unable to locate data associated with a specific individual. You can exercise the controls described in Section 4 at any time, and you may contact us with any privacy request using the details below.
California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information.
EU/UK residents may have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR. The legal bases we rely on are your consent (for personalized advertising) and our legitimate interests (for analytics and app improvement).
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information processed through the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App may be operated from, and information processed in, the United States. By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
