LevelUpNextLife (“Developer”) values user privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws. This Privacy Policy applies to the game “COSMIC BLOCKS” (“App”).

1. Information Collected and Method of Collection

- The App does not provide any feature for users to enter personally identifiable information such as name, contact information, or email address.

- Automatically generated data: Gameplay-related information such as cleared levels, scores, best records, challenge/clear history, and achievement status may be stored only in the local storage of the user’s device (preferences, local database, etc.). This data is not transmitted to any external server and is not separately collected or stored by the Developer.

2. Purpose of Use

- Gameplay data is used solely to save and manage the user’s game progress and to provide a better gameplay experience within the App.

- This data is used only on the user’s device and is not transmitted to or shared with any external server or third party.

3. Retention, Use Period, and Deletion

- All game-related data is stored only on the user’s device.

- When the user uninstalls the App, all game data stored on the device will be deleted and cannot be recovered by the Developer.

4. Provision of Data to Third Parties

- The Developer does not provide user data to any third party.

- The App does not use advertising SDKs or external analytics tools, and game data generated in the App is not provided to third parties.

- However, if there is a legitimate request from investigative agencies or similar authorities under applicable laws, data may be provided in accordance with those laws.

5. User Rights

- Where an in-app reset or clear-data feature is provided, users may delete stored game data through that feature.

- When the user deletes the App from the device, all game-related data stored on the device is deleted immediately.

6. Children’s Privacy

- The App is a general game that can be used by users of all ages.

- The Developer does not intentionally collect identifiable personal information such as real names or contact details of children under the age required by applicable laws.

- Game data stored within the App is not transmitted externally and is deleted together when the App is uninstalled.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

- This Privacy Policy may be updated due to changes in laws, policies, security technologies, or App features.

- In case of important changes, users will be notified through App updates or in-App notices at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

- 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 사용자가 직접 입력하는 개인정보를 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

제2조 (개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적)

- 게임 점수, 클리어한 레벨, 업적 달성 현황 등 게임 데이터는 이용자의 게임 진행 상황을 저장·관리하고, 보다 나은 게임 플레이 경험을 제공하기 위한 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

- 해당 정보는 오직 이용자의 기기 내에서만 사용되며, 외부 서버 또는 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

제5조 (이용자의 권리 및 행사방법)

- 앱 내에 초기화 기능 등 데이터 삭제 기능을 제공하는 경우, 이용자는 해당 기능을 통해 저장된 게임 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.

- 이용자가 단말기에서 앱을 삭제하면, 기기에 저장된 모든 게임 관련 데이터는 즉시 삭제됩니다.
