1. はじめに

Cosme.AI（以下「本アプリ」）は、Cosme.AI（屋号）が運営するコスメ管理アプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の収集・利用・提供に関する方針を定めるものです。

本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。

2. 収集する情報

2-1. お客様が入力する情報

• 生まれた年（年代算出のみに使用）

• ユーザー名（任意・未入力可）

• コスメ情報：商品名・ブランド名・カテゴリ・評価・開封日・使用期限等

2-2. 自動的に収集する情報

• アプリの利用状況（クラッシュレポート等）

• 端末の種類・OSバージョン（不具合対応のため）

2-3. 収集しない情報

• 氏名・住所・電話番号等の個人を特定できる情報

• メールアドレス（登録しない場合）

• 位置情報

• カメラ・写真は商品認識のみに使用し、保存・送信しません

3. 情報の利用目的

• コスメ管理機能の提供・改善

• 使用期限通知等のアプリ機能

• 匿名・統計データとしての分析（詳細は第4条参照）

• 広告の配信・最適化

• アプリの不具合修正・品質向上

4. 第三者への情報提供（データ活用）

重要：データ提供への同意について

本アプリでは、ユーザーの同意を得た上で、以下の匿名・統計データを化粧品メーカー・広告主等の第三者に提供または販売することがあります。

提供するデータの範囲（同意した場合のみ）

• 年代（生まれた年から算出した年代区分）

• 使用しているコスメのカテゴリ・ブランド名・商品名

• デパコス・プチプラの比率

• 星評価・一軍コスメ情報

• 使用期限・開封日（統計情報として）

提供しないデータ

• 個人を特定できる情報は一切提供しません

• メールアドレス・ユーザー名等の個人情報

データ提供への同意・拒否

データ提供は任意であり、以下の方法でいつでも同意・拒否の変更が可能です。

• 初回起動時の同意画面にて選択

• アプリ設定画面の「データ提供設定」からいつでも変更可能

• 同意を撤回した場合、以後のデータ収集は停止します

5. 広告について

本アプリでは、無料プランおよびスタンダードプランのユーザーに対して第三者配信の広告を表示することがあります。

利用する広告サービス

• Google AdMob（Google LLC）

広告に関するデータの取り扱い

• 広告SDKは端末の広告IDを収集することがあります

• 収集されたデータは広告の最適化・効果測定に使用されます

• 個人を特定できる情報は広告主に提供しません

• iOSの「アプリのトラッキングの透明性（ATT）」に準拠し、トラッキングの前にユーザーの同意を取得します

広告の非表示

• プレミアムプランに加入することで広告を非表示にできます

6. プランと月額課金について

本アプリは以下の3つのプランを提供しています。

プラン一覧

• 無料プラン：コスメ登録20個まで・無料

• スタンダードプラン：コスメ登録50個まで・¥150/月

• プレミアムプラン：コスメ登録無制限・¥300/月

課金・決済について

• 決済はApple App Storeを通じて行われます

• サブスクリプションは期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます

• 購入後のキャンセル・返金はApp Storeの規約に従います

• 無料トライアル期間中にキャンセルした場合、料金は発生しません

解約方法

• iPhoneの「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」からいつでも解約できます

• 解約後も期間終了日までプランの機能を利用できます

7. データの安全管理

• 収集データは暗号化して保管します

• 第三者提供データは完全匿名化処理を行います

• 個人を特定できる形でのデータ販売は行いません

• データ漏洩等が発生した場合は速やかにユーザーへ通知します

8. カメラ・写真ライブラリの使用

本アプリはコスメの画像認識機能のためにカメラおよび写真ライブラリへのアクセスを求めます。

• 撮影・選択した画像はAI認識処理のみに使用します

• 画像データはサーバーに保存されません

• 画像はAnthropicのAPIに送信されます（Anthropicのプライバシーポリシーに従います）

9. 未成年者の利用

本アプリは13歳以上を対象としています。13歳未満の方からの個人情報は意図的に収集しません。

10. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。変更後も継続してご利用いただいた場合は、変更後のポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。

• Birth year (used only to calculate age group)

• Username (optional)

• Cosmetics data: product name, brand, category, rating, open date, expiry date, etc.

• App usage data (crash reports, etc.)

• Device type and OS version (for bug fixes)

2-3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personally identifiable information such as full name, address, or phone number

• Email address (unless you choose to register)

• Camera/photo data is used only for product recognition and is not stored or transmitted

• Select your preference on the consent screen at first launch

• Change your setting anytime in App Settings > Data Sharing

• Withdrawing consent stops all future data collection immediately

5. Advertising

The App displays third-party advertisements to users on the Free and Standard plans.

6. Plans and Subscription

The App offers the following three plans:

Plan Overview

• Free Plan: Up to 20 cosmetics - Free

• Standard Plan: Up to 50 cosmetics - ¥150/month

• Premium Plan: Unlimited cosmetics - ¥300/month

Billing

• Payment is processed through the Apple App Store

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Cancellations and refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies

• No charge is made if you cancel during a free trial period

How to Cancel

• Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to cancel anytime

• You retain access to plan features until the end of the billing period

7. Data Security

• All collected data is encrypted at rest

• Data shared with third parties is fully anonymized

• We never sell data in a form that could identify individuals

• In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users promptly

8. Camera and Photo Library Access

The App requests access to your camera and photo library solely for the AI cosmetics recognition feature.

• Images are used only for on-device or API-based recognition

• Images are not stored on our servers

• Images are sent to Anthropic's API and are subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
