Privacy Policy

Cortex Equalizer ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our mobile application.
Our application does not require or provide an option for user registration or account creation. We do not collect, store, or process personal identification information such as your name, email address, or phone number on our own servers.
To provide advertising, analyze app performance, and improve user experience, we use third-party services provided by Google. These services may collect certain technical information automatically:
Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your Advertising ID (e.g., Android Advertising ID) and approximate location data to show relevant ads and measure ad performance.
Firebase Analytics: Used to understand how users interact with the app. It collects anonymous usage statistics such as screen views and feature engagement.
Firebase Crashlytics: Used to identify and fix technical issues. It collects logs regarding app crashes, device model, and operating system version.
The following types of data may be collected and shared with the third-party providers mentioned above:
Location: Approximate location (derived from IP address).
App Activity: App interactions and engagement metrics.
App Info and Performance: Crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
Device or Other IDs: Advertising ID and other device-specific identifiers.
All data transmitted by third-party SDKs (Firebase and AdMob) is encrypted in transit using secure protocols. Since we do not maintain user accounts, we do not store any personal data on our own infrastructure. You can refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more details on how they manage and retain data.
Because our application does not feature account creation or store personal identifiers, there is no user account to delete. Technical data collected by Google services is managed according to their respective retention policies.
Our application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
