Exact Alarm Permissions (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, USE_EXACT_ALARM): Required to ensure your alarms and reminders trigger at the precise time you set, even when the device is in low-power mode.
Foreground Service Permissions (FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SYSTEM_EXEMPTED): Used to run background processes that ensure alarm events, active ringtones, and timer interfaces run reliably without being terminated by the operating system.
Full Screen Intent (USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT): Allows the app to display the alarm screen over your lock screen when an alarm goes off, allowing you to dismiss or snooze it immediately.
Post Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to display upcoming alarm alerts, current timer states, and snooze notifications.
Boot Completed (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): Allows the app to automatically restore and reschedule your saved alarms when your device restarts.
Vibrate (VIBRATE): Enables the physical vibration of your device when an alarm or reminder triggers.
Wake Lock (WAKE_LOCK): Keeps the device's screen on and CPU active briefly when an alarm triggers, ensuring the ringing screen and sound function properly.
Internet (INTERNET): Used to load advertisements and transmit anonymized diagnostic, performance, and analytical data to third-party services.
Set Time Zone (SET_TIME_ZONE): Allows the app to adjust your alarm schedules automatically if your device changes time zones.
Information Collection and Use
Our app is designed to function without collecting personally identifiable information (PII).
We do not require user registration or access to sensitive personal data.
The app does not collect, store, or share any personal or usage data. Your alarm settings and preferences are saved only on your device.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

We do not collect or store personal information.
However, if in the future the app integrates optional third-party services (such as ads or analytics), information may be disclosed only in the following cases:

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
We value your privacy and limit data storage to what is necessary for the app’s functionality.
Local Data Only: All alarms, mission progress, reminder details, and user preferences are stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.
No Cloud Backup: The app does not automatically back up or sync any personal or alarm-related data to external servers.
Data Deletion:
When you delete an alarm or reminder within the app, it is permanently removed from your device.
When you uninstall the app, all locally stored data (alarms, mission states, and preferences) are automatically erased.
Temporary Data: Some temporary data (such as mission progress during an alarm) is cleared automatically when the alarm is dismissed or when the app is closed.
We do not retain or store any personally identifiable information (PII) beyond your local device usage.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (cortexlab402@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
