After Call Feature (Quick Access)
The Application includes an After Call feature designed for convenience and productivity. This feature provides quick access options after a phone call ends, such as:
Quickly setting an alarm
Viewing the world clock
Privacy & Permissions for After Call
The After Call feature does not record, store, or transmit call audio, phone numbers, or call content.
The app does not access contact details or call history for storage or analysis.
Any required system permission (such as READ_PHONE_STATE) is used only to detect when a call has ended, so the quick-access interface can be shown.
All actions triggered by this feature are performed locally on your device.
No call-related data is collected, shared, or sent to any server or third party as part of this feature.
Launcher Feature & Permissions
Our Application includes a Launcher feature that allows you to use the app as your device's home screen. To provide this functionality, the app requires specific permissions:
App Visibility (Querying Installed Apps): To display your app drawer and let you open your apps, the Application must scan the list of installed applications on your device. This list is generated and kept strictly local to your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your list of installed apps to our servers or any third parties.
Widget Management (BIND_APPWIDGET): This permission is used solely to allow you to place, view, and interact with widgets from other apps on your home screen.
Uninstalling Apps (REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES): This allows you to conveniently initiate the uninstallation of other apps directly from our launcher interface. This action only triggers the system's default uninstall prompt and is strictly initiated by you.
Status Bar Expansion (EXPAND_STATUS_BAR): This permission allows you to use gesture controls (such as swiping down on the home screen) to easily open your notification panel. It does not grant us access to read your notifications.
Information Collection and Use
Our app is designed to function without collecting personally identifiable information (PII).
We do not require user registration or access to sensitive personal data.
The app does not collect, store, or share any personal or usage data. Your alarm settings, launcher layouts, and preferences are saved only on your device.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Disclosure of Information:
We do not collect or store personal information.
However, if in the future the app integrates optional third-party services (such as ads or analytics), information may be disclosed only in the following cases:

When necessary to protect user safety or prevent fraud.
To trusted service providers who operate under strict privacy obligations and only use the information to perform services on our behalf.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
We value your privacy and limit data storage to what is necessary for the app’s functionality.
Local Data Only: All alarms, mission progress, reminder details, and user preferences are stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.
No Cloud Backup: The app does not automatically back up or sync any personal or alarm-related data to external servers.
Data Deletion:
When you delete an alarm or reminder within the app, it is permanently removed from your device.
When you uninstall the app, all locally stored data (alarms, mission states, and preferences) are automatically erased.
Temporary Data: Some temporary data (such as mission progress during an alarm) is cleared automatically when the alarm is dismissed or when the app is closed.
We do not retain or store any personally identifiable information (PII) beyond your local device usage.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (cortexlab402@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
