Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing goods in line with order requirements
Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
Stock rotation and general warehouse organisation
Operating basic warehouse equipment (training provided where necessary)
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following company health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
Good level of physical fitness – role may involve manual handling
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Previous warehouse or logistics experience beneficial but not essential
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour

Supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse operatives to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and resolve operational issues.
Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Assist with stock control, inventory management, and reporting.
Support team members with training and development to improve productivity.

Proven experience in a warehouse environment, ideally with previous team leadership experience.
