Baila was a member of the Cougarettes from 2014-2016. After high school, Baila attended Pasadena City College, where she graduated with two Associates degrees. Following those three years, Baila transferred to Cal Poly Pomona, where she is attaining a Bachelor's degree in English education and a minor in TESOL. Following this, Baila plans on getting her Master’s degree and work towards her goal of becoming a College English professor. Her ultimate dream is to open up a non-profit horse organization that aids people who’ve experienced trauma by utilizing equine therapy. Being a Couagrette was a major accomplishment for Baila, as she was self-taught and did not have any dance experience prior to being on the team. Her favorite memories from her time as a Cougarette were the assemblies. Baila absolutely loved being a Cougarette, and feels so proud to have been a part of such an incredible program.
