Camera Access: Used only for capturing photos (e.g., profile verification or check-in images).
Including Background): Team Track collects your device's location, including in the background, while you are checked in for attendance. This continuous tracking is used solely to verify your presence at your assigned work location and to maintain accurate attendance records during your work hours. Background location tracking automatically stops when you check out. Location data is not collected at any other time.
Storage/Files Access: May be used to upload profile photos or related documents.
Network Access: Required to sync attendance data with our secure servers.
We do not collect any personal information beyond what is necessary for attendance functionality. No user accounts or passwords are stored on external servers without consent.
2. Background Location Collection
Team Track requests "Allow all the time" location permission on Android. This is necessary because attendance verification requires tracking your location continuously between check-in and check-out, including periods when the app is not actively open or the screen is off. We do not track your location before check-in or after check-out. Background location data is used exclusively for attendance and workforce-management purposes and is not used for advertising, analytics unrelated to attendance, or shared with third parties for any other purpose
