Refugee Writing Activity 

 Ask students to imagine themselves as a character in the book or as a new character living in the refugee camp. Have them write a short story or diary entry describing a day in their life, including details about their surroundings, interactions with others, and personal struggles or triumphs.

Encourage creativity and empathy by prompting students to consider the emotions and experiences of their character as they navigate life in the camp.
