In our ceramics program students will be provided with a comprehensive study in methods of sculpture. Our course includes hand-built clay construction and basic wheel throwing techniques. Glazing, decorating and firing processes will also be covered. A special emphasis will be placed on individual creativity.

The choral program at Coral Gables Senior High School is committed to excellence in the performance of choral music literature from the Middle Ages to the 20th Century through the acquisition of music literacy and vocal skill. The purpose of the program is to enable students to develop individual and ensemble skills in choral performance.

The Dance Program at Coral Gables Senior High School teaches movement and technique in different genres of dance. The student will learn the basics of ballet, jazz contemporary and hip-hop just to name a few of the styles. They will also explore movement in improv and choreography. The program prides itself on artistry, technique, and discipline, all while developing a passion for dance.

The Gablettes are the prestigious dance team at Coral Gables Senior High. Founded in 1975, they are a competitive national-award winning team most recognized for the style of High Kick. The program fosters artistry, discipline, integrity, responsibility, and excellence.
