This privacy policy applies to the ControlsLab app (referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Pedro Resto (referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.


INFORMATION COLLECTION


The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from its users.


We do not collect:

- Your name or email address

- Your IP address or location

- Device identifiers or usage data

- Analytics or behavioral data

- Any other personally identifiable information


All Application functionality runs entirely on your device. We have no servers. No data ever leaves your device.


IN-APP PURCHASES


The Application offers an optional one-time in-app purchase (ControlsLab Pro) for $4.99. This transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider does not receive, see, or store any payment information or personal data related to this transaction.


THIRD PARTY ACCESS


The Service Provider does not share any information with third parties because no information is collected in the first place.


CHILDREN


The Application is a scientific and educational tool suitable for all ages. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 or any other user.


SECURITY


Since the Application collects no personal data, there is no user data at risk. All computations and simulations run locally on your device.


CHANGES TO THIS POLICY


This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application is deemed acceptance of any changes.

We do not sell personal information. We do not collect personal information. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected — in this case, none.


EUROPEAN USERS (GDPR)


We do not process any personal data. There is no legal basis required because no data processing occurs. European users have full rights under GDPR including access, correction, and deletion — however since we hold no data there is nothing to access, correct, or delete.
