We also collect container tracking data that you add to the app, which is stored securely in our cloud database.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for:

- Account authentication and management

- Providing container tracking services

- Sending tracking reports via email (when requested)

- Improving our services

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which provides enterprise-grade security and encryption. We do not store payment information — all payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

- Firebase (authentication and data storage)

- FindTEU API (container tracking data)

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Tracking

ContainerTracker Pro does not track users across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use any advertising tracking or analytics that identify individual users.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account within the app. This will permanently remove all your personal data, container tracking data, and account information from our servers.

Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

ContainerTracker Pro offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

- PRO: $10.99/month (15 containers)

- PRO+: $24.99/month (50 containers)

- FLEET: $79.99/month (200 containers)

- ENTERPRISE: $189.99/month (500 containers)

- UNLIMITED: $299.99/month (unlimited containers)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
