Container Planner Privacy Policy

1. App And Developer

Container Planner is a container loading planning app. Loading calculations are performed locally on your device. The free version shows ads; a one-time in-app purchase unlocks the professional version and removes ads.

2. Summary Of Data Practices

The app itself does not collect, store on developer servers, transmit, sell, or share personal information. Cargo box dimensions, quantities, container dimensions, loading plans, and saved setups are processed and stored locally on your device only.

The free version includes Google AdMob, which may process device information and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.

3. Data Processed By Third-Party SDKs

Google AdMob (free version only): to serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process data such as device identifiers (including the advertising ID), IP address, coarse location derived from IP, device and app information, and ad interaction data. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Google Play Billing: purchases of the professional upgrade are processed entirely by Google Play. The developer receives no payment card details; the app only stores an on-device flag that the upgrade is unlocked.

The app does not include analytics SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, login SDKs, cloud sync, or remote configuration.

4. Consent And Ad Personalization

In regions where consent is required (for example the EEA and UK), a consent form provided through Google's User Messaging Platform is shown before ads are served, and your choices can be changed there. You can also limit ad personalization through your device settings (for example by resetting or deleting the advertising ID). Purchasing the professional upgrade removes ads entirely.

5. Permissions

The release Android app requests the internet permission, which is required for ads and purchases. It does not request camera, location, microphone, contacts, photos, videos, audio, calendar, health, SMS, call log, or storage permissions.

Debug and profile builds may contain development-only permissions from the Flutter toolchain. Those builds are not intended for public distribution.

6. Purpose, Method, And Scope

All loading calculations are performed locally for the purpose of providing container loading planning features. Network access is used only by the ad and billing SDKs described above.

7. Retention And Deletion

The developer does not retain personal information on developer servers. Locally stored data (saved setups, settings, the purchase flag) stays on your device; you can remove it by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google's policies linked above.

8. User Rights

The developer holds no personal information about you. For data processed by Google (ads, purchases), you can exercise your rights through Google's privacy controls. For privacy questions about the app, contact the developer using the link above.

9. Children And Minors

The app is a professional logistics tool and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect information from children or minors.

10. Cross-Border Transfers

The app itself does not transmit personal information to any developer server. Data processed by Google's ad and billing services may be processed on Google servers in other countries, subject to Google's policies.

11. Security

The app reduces privacy risk by processing calculations locally and by limiting third-party integrations to Google's ad and billing SDKs.

12. Changes To This Policy

If a future version changes data practices (for example adding accounts, cloud sync, analytics, or subscriptions), this policy and app store data disclosures will be updated before that version is released.
