Welcome to the Contacts: Phone Call & Dialer ("App"), developed by Runner11 ("Company", "Developer Name"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our App or related services ("Services"). It also outlines your rights under applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), the Brazilian General Data Protection Law ("LGPD"), and Google Play policies. Our goal is to be transparent about our data practices and ensure your privacy is protected.
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our End User License Agreement ("EULA"). Any capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the EULA.

2. Data Storage and Security
All data related to contacts is stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store this data on external servers. Any analytics data collected through third-party services (e.g., Firebase) is anonymized.
We employ appropriate security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption and regular security audits. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
3. Permissions We Use and Why
Notification Access: The app may utilize the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission to send notifications related to incoming calls, missed calls, or other relevant app updates. These notifications are solely for the purpose of enhancing your user experience within the app.

Contacts Access: The permissions READ_CONTACTS and WRITE_CONTACTS may be required to access your device's contacts locally on your device in order to display and manage contacts, contact details, calling any saved contact from your device etc. We do not store or transmit your contact data to any third parties.

Call Log Access: The permissions READ_CALL_LOG and WRITE_CALL_LOG may be required to access your device's call logs locally on your device in order to provide call history and managing call logs. We do not store or transmit your contact data to any third parties.

Phone Call: The permissions CALL_PHONE and READ_PHONE_STATE allows the App to make calls and pick account to call from available carriers/accounts.

Storage Access: The permissions READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE allows the App to pick users profile picture from gallery and also used to export contact file save to users storage. We do no collect any other information from users storage.

Network Access: This may be required for downloading updates or serving advertisements. It is also necessary for Google AdMob, Firebase, and other third-party services integrated into the App.

Background Service: The permission FOREGROUND_SERVICE_PHONE_CALL allow the app to working call background service while call is running.

Modify Phone state: The permission MODIFY_PHONE_STATE allows the app to modification of the telephony state -like we use to dismiss system missed call notification.

Wake lock & Disable keyguard: The Permission WAKE_LOCK & DISABLE_KEYGUARD allows app to turn user device on if screen is off & show the calling screen before the user lock screen if user has incoming call.

Full screen intent: The Permission USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT allows app to show full screen notification if user has locked its device and the incoming call arrives.

Querying other app package: we use <query> to get the com.whatsapp package to detect the whatsapp numbers of their contacts and calling intent to simplify user to call,videocall or voice call to whatsapp by using our app.

4. Third-Party Libraries & SDKs Used in the App
Google Ads: We use Google AdMob to display ads in the App. AdMob may collect data to serve personalized ads, including device identifiers, usage data, and location (if permitted). You may adjust your ad preferences in the device settings.
Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase to collect unidentified app usage data, such as feature engagement and crash reports, to improve the App's performance. This data does not personally identify you.
Realm: We use Realm ("io.realm:realm-android-library") to store and manage data locally on your device. This does not store or transmit your contact data to any third parties.
Hilt: we use hilt for injection (for single time initialize).
Michaelrocks libphones: for remove country code in phone number or make normal number.
SDP: We use SDP("com.intuit.sdp:sdp-android") to manage responsive and flexible user interface across different device ratios and sizes.
Glide: We use Glide("com.github.bumptech.glide:glide") to display any images/media within App efficiently.
Circle Image View: for show contact profile picture in circle.
BaseRecyclerViewAdapterHelper: No use.
EventBus: We use EventBus("org.greenrobot:eventbus") to send events and data within App efficiently.
Gson: we use to data pass one screen to another screen as a string data.
KeyboardVisibilityEvent: No use.
ConsecutiveScroller: for scroll multiple recyclerview or listview at one time.
Splashscreen: for modify splash screen in higher version.
Fastscroll: to provide fast scroll in contact list to alphabetical contact scroll.
Smoothprogressbar: show progress bar while data is loading after data loaded and show to user then hide progressbar.
Viewpagerdotsindicator: show indicator in intro screen while user change intro screen then indicate intro position.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
All Application data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be deleted from your device. Any data collected by third-party services is subject to their data retention policies.
Third-Party Data: Any data collected by third-party services (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob) is subject to their respective data retention policies. We do not control these retention periods but ensure that any data we share is anonymized.
NOTE: No In-App Purchases or subscription have been added to the App as of now, but we may add it in future.
The App offers both subscription-based and in-app purchase options to unlock premium features.
Subscriptions:
We offer multiple subscription plans (e.g., monthly, yearly). Prices vary by country and are displayed in the App or Google Play Store.
Payments are charged to your Google Pay account upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Google Pay account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period’s end, at the price shown.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via the App’s Account Settings or the Google Play Store.
If a free trial is offered and you subscribe before it ends, the unused trial period will be forfeited.
In-App Purchases:
Options such as “Remove Ads” or “Premium Lifetime” are available, with prices varying by country.
These are one-time purchases that unlock specific features permanently.
Payment Security:
Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers like Google Pay, adhering to PCI-DSS standards. We do not store or process your payment card details.

The App itself does not use cookies. However, third-party services like Google AdMob or Firebase Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies (e.g., device identifiers) to collect anonymized data for analytics or advertising.
You can manage cookie settings through your device or browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features, such as personalized ads.
8. Detailed Information on the Processing of Your Personal Data
We use third-party services for the following purposes:
Analytics: Firebase Analytics collects anonymized data to help us understand how users interact with the App, enabling us to improve its performance and features.
Advertising: Google AdMob serves ads within the App. These ads may be personalized based on anonymized data.
Behavioral Remarketing: Services like Google Ads or Facebook may use anonymized data to show you relevant ads on other platforms.
Payment Processing: Google Play Services handles all in-app purchases and subscriptions securely.

We honor “Do Not Track” signals from your browser or device, meaning we will not track your activity for advertising purposes if this setting is enabled. Note that third-party services like Google AdMob may have their own “Do Not Track” policies, which you should review.

We take steps to ensure the App is free from malware and other harmful components. Our App is regularly scanned for vulnerabilities, and we prohibit any unauthorized use of our Services that could harm users or networks, such as distributing malware or engaging in phishing.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services not operated by us (e.g., links in advertisements). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
The App is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under these ages.
