At the heart of the matter, my goal is to empower individuals and organizations, primarily educational environments, with sustainable toolkits to successfully manage change when implementing new systems and processes. 

As a systems thinker, I prompt questions to drive decision-making ranging from thoughtful implementation to governance development of policy, procedure, and protocol to achieve strategic visioning and planning, streamlining processes, enhancing workflows, and stabilizing structures. Such empowerment takes on a variety of customized looks and feels, all dependent on unique needs. In collaborative partnership, we connect the dots, put the puzzle pieces together, and build the blocks for a solid foundation. 

As a certified Prosci Change Management practitioner, I focus on managing transformational change that integrates strategy, technology, and community in an effort to improve student learning outcomes aligned to guiding documents that may include core values, graduate profile, and vision/mission statements. I provide vision and leadership to assess potential areas of opportunity in which digital technology can facilitate delivery of systems and programs, foster student learning, and enhance operational effectiveness.
