Juliette Adams is an education innovator, strategic advisor, and founder focused on expanding opportunity through learning. She is the Founder and President of ConstructEd Studio, a consultancy that partners with individuals and organizations to develop educational innovations that drive social mobility at scale.
Juliette serves as Board Chair of Beam Center, an NYC nonprofit that has reached 40,000+ young people through hands-on, project-based STEAM learning in partnership with over 73 public schools. She is a Fellow at Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she co-teaches courses on equity-centered impact design. As a former Senior Fellow at the Public Policy Lab, she led an NSF-funded pilot to dismantle barriers facing underrepresented innovators in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Her career spans over two decades at the intersection of education, technology, and product strategy — from leading digital curriculum and learning systems at Scholastic, to serving as Principal Investigator on an NSF SBIR grant for Hats & Ladders, a workforce development platform for youth ages 14–25. She has also served as a reviewer and panelist for the National Science Foundation.
Juliette holds a Master's in Chinese Politics, rode the first dot-com wave in San Francisco, and has spent the last twenty years asking how innovation can meaningfully reduce inequity for young people. She grew up in France and lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two sons.
