Twin Heart meditation uses Tibetan signing bowls and fluid movement to encourage the sense of love and togetherness, This session will allow you to connect with yourself as well as your partner and experience a synergy that further unites you as one. The purpose of couples meditation is to focus on the other person so that each partner can nurture and deepen their bond, as well as cultivate a kinder mind towards one another.
