Gong Baths offer a unique and relaxing experience, combining sound therapy with energy healing techniques.

Participants are invited to lie down on a yoga mat, close their eyes, and immerse themselves in the harmonious sounds and vibrations of sacred instruments. Abdi, our visiting Balinese Energy Healer, guides participants’ brain waves into a theta frequency, inducing deep relaxation by playing the gong, drum, chime, and Tibetan bowls. This process helps balance the chakras (the energy vortexes in our subtle body) and reconnects individuals to pure Universal energy. The result is a peaceful and blissful experience within the energy body, a realm of subtle energies.
