Start your cultural journey with Canangsari and Tridatu making activity, followed with the Balinese ritual at the resort temple. Savor the locally sourced three-course set menu at Eight Degrees South and experience a special session to appreciate the Full Moon with a spiritual purification to cleanse body and soul from negativity.


5:00 PM Canangsari Making at Water Garden

6:00 PM Temple ritual at Sari Sedana Temple

6:30 PM Full Moon Dinner at Eight Degrees Restaurant Terrace

Full Moon Experience including Melukat or Purification will start after dinner

Tuna Sambal Serè (gf)
fresh catch tuna during purnama served with  plaga  baby green leaves and shallot kaffir lime dressing

SECOND COURSE
Kakap Lemon Bèarnaise
pan seared red snapper, sautéed Bedugul’s root vegetables, citrus béarnaise and lime basil oil
