You will encounter the hustle-bustle of Denpasar town to the everyday life of our local villages, and a scenic drive around Bali's UNESCO World Heritage Site of Jatiluwih Rice Terrace before reaching the shore of Lake Beratan, one of the four lakes in Bali.

The beginning of an insightful journey through the wilderness of Bedugul forest starts by canoeing across Lake Beratan in a traditional kayak called Jukung, where the rangers will guide your canoe around Pura Ulun Danu Beratan, one of the nine 'Khayangan Jagat' temples in Bali,  to the rim of the Bedugul rainforest.

Step under the canopy of tall Rasamala (Altinga excelsa) trees and be still, listen to the nature speaks as birds' chirpings, gentle morning breeze blows and rustling through the tree leaves.  Called shinrin yoku in Japan, Forest Bathing or Forest Wellness , is the art of gently revitalizing the mind and body through the beautiful surroundings, comforting sounds and natural aromas.  This therapeutic method was developed and designed to enhance wellbeing, health, and joy.
