Take a culinary sojourn together with Conrad Bali’s culinary team and learn to make a dish of choice. As part of the cooking experience, guests may choose between two unique immersions: a visit to the Amed sea salt farm to learn the long-lost art of salt panning; or a guided trip to Astungkara Way, the local organic farm for a lesson on regenerative farming growing food while practicing environmental restoration and community building based on the principles of sustainability. This experience will provide guests with a deeper appreciation on authentic Balinese cooking know-how and learn the secrets of making exquisite traditional dishes from our native Balinese chef.
