Circuit training targets muscular endurance and strength building to provide a full body workout.

Circuit training is a body conditioning activity that involves resistance and endurance training performed in intervals. Circuit activities includes over 15 high impact exercises ranging from stepping to battling ropes to weighted medicine ball movements.
