When opened and balanced, chakras promote harmony between the body, mind and spirit.Healthy Chakras also support the manifestation of positive emotions, mental clarity and physical wellbeing. There are several impactful ways to cleanse and realign your Chakras, either through sound healing, meditation, yoga and food.


Our menu is designed with specific ingredients that supports the nourishment of each of the different Chakras. Similar to our physical body, our astral body is made of up different parts and each requires a certain type of food to sustain its health. The ‘energy’ of the foods in our Chakra menu create the foundation for a physical and spiritual transformation, keeping you holistically healthy.
