24 Hours Advanced Notice is Required. Please contact Operator at Ext. 0 to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel up to 24 hours before the event at no charge. If cancellation is made within 12-24 hours of the event, a 50% charge will apply.
All times are based on Central Indonesia Time (WITA, UTC+8).
Inclement Weather:
In the event of inclement weather, the experience can be rescheduled within the next 12 months at no additional cost or relocate the experience to a private bale and receive a 25% savings on the package price.
Non-Transferable Bookings:
Reselling and transferring of bookings are strictly prohibited.
Beach Use and Photography:
Exclusive use of the beach cannot be guaranteed. No professional photographers are allowed without prior consent of the hotel.
