Start with our signature Conrad Bali coffee blend, a bold and chocolatey  symphony of Arabica Kintamani from central Bali and Robusta Toraja from the mountains of South Sulawesi. Since the beginning, our blend has been curated by the island’s pioneering coffee company, Kopi Bali, a member of the Sustainable Coffee Platform of Indonesia.


When you delight in the richness of one of our egg specialties, you can do so guilt-free knowing that our eggs have been laid by free range hens. For those who prefer a sweet start to the day, our local honey has been sourced from nearby hives and embodies the delicate fragrance of Bali’s tropical flora. 


An essential part of every Indonesian’s day, our jamu, a traditional health tonic infused with turmeric and ginger, is supplied by ROLE Foundation. With a vision to empower local people and businesses, the educational skills center provides practical programs to protect the environment and develop sustainable communities.

Nusantara Night: Join us for a thrilling evening of fire dancing and theatrical performances by local artists. A part of important festival celebrations, fire dancing features spectacular fire breathing intertwined with mesmerizing movements and music. Balinese Kecak Dinner: Easily the most famous of Bali’s traditional performances, the Ramayana Monkey Chant Dance, commonly known as Kecak, was developed in the 1930s. Performed by Balinese men wearing only sarongs with their upper bodies left bare, it encapsulates the art of combining movement and chanting, with no musical instruments involved. The Kecak Dance embodies the classic Hindu epic, the Ramayana, which tells the dramatic love story of Rama and Shinta, featuring a cast of other important characters such as Lakshmana, Hanoman, and Sugriwa. To complement this enchanting experience, enjoy a BBQ-style buffet with fresh catches of the day, grilled meats, salads, soups and much more.
