1. Introduction

Welcome to Connecticut Cue Sports LLC. By accessing our website and participating in our leagues or tournaments, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Connecticut Cue Sports LLC is an independently owned and operated entity, officially sanctioned by the North American Poolshooters Association (NAPA).

2. League Sanctioning and Rules

All league play, scoring, and handicapping are governed by the official rules and regulations of NAPA. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these standards. Connecticut Cue Sports LLC reserves the right to make administrative decisions to ensure the integrity of local division play.

3. League Dues and Prize Fund Guarantee

Connecticut Cue Sports LLC is committed to a transparent and rewarding player experience. We guarantee that 50% of all weekly league dues collected during a session are paid out directly to the players in the form of prize funds and awards at the conclusion of that session.

The remaining dues are allocated to mandatory NAPA national sanctioning fees (15%) and league administration, operations, and promotional costs (35%). This structure ensures the long-term growth and professional management of our sanctioned divisions. All prize payouts are subject to final audit and verification of player eligibility and match results.

4. Privacy and Data Management

We value your privacy. Player data, including names, contact information, and performance statistics, is collected solely for the following purposes:

• Administration of league standings and rankings.

• Communication regarding schedules, events, and league updates.

• Processing of sanctioning requirements with NAPA.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third-party marketers. Sensitive data, such as individual player IDs, is restricted to authorized league operators and NAPA administrative systems, in accordance with NAPA national privacy standards.

5. Media Release

By participating in Connecticut Cue Sports LLC events or being present at sanctioned venues during league play, players and spectators consent to being photographed or filmed. These materials may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing channels to showcase the league's atmosphere and community.

6. Code of Conduct

Sportsmanship is the foundation of our league. Connecticut Cue Sports LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any individual who engages in unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or behavior that threatens the safety and enjoyment of other participants.
