Welcome to Connect 2 Therapy (“the App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the App and any subscriptions or services provided through it. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Connect 2 Therapy
Connect 2 Therapy provides educational resources, strategies, tools, and information designed to support parents, families, and individuals seeking guidance around emotional wellbeing, behaviour management, ADHD, neurodiversity, and related topics.
The content provided through the App is for educational and informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
2. Subscription Services
Connect 2 Therapy offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (“Premium Subscription”) that provides access to additional premium content and features within the App.
The available subscription:
Premium Monthly Subscription
* Duration: 1 month
* Payment: Charged monthly
* Renewal: Automatically renews unless cancelled by the user
3. Payment and Auto-Renewal
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to:
Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the subscription period expires.
Connect 2 Therapy does not manage cancellations or refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple according to Apple’s refund policies.
Free Trials and Subscription Renewals
Your subscription to our Services may begin with a seven (7) day free trial period. The duration of the free trial will be specified at the time of purchase and is intended to allow new and eligible first-time users to try our Premium tools.
Automatic Billing: Upon the expiration of your 7-day free trial period, your trial will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription. Your account will be charged the then-current subscription price plus any applicable taxes. The exact price and billing currency are determined by your location and will be explicitly displayed within the applicable App Store or Google Play storefront interface prior to purchase.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid being charged the subscription fee, you must cancel your subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours before the 7-day free trial period or your current billing cycle ends.
Subscription Management: You acknowledge that all subscription management, billing, and cancellations are handled directly through your device's respective platform account operator (the Apple App Store for iOS devices or the Google Play Store for Android devices). We do not have the administrative authority to process refunds or cancel subscriptions on your behalf. Instructions for managing your active subscriptions can be found within your device or platform account settings.
5. Pricing
Subscription prices may vary by location and currency and are displayed before purchase.
Any changes to subscription pricing will be handled according to Apple’s App Store policies and may require user confirmation.
6. Use of Content
All content within Connect 2 Therapy, including text, resources, activities, designs, and educational materials, is owned by or licensed to Connect 2 Therapy.
You may use the content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify App content without written permission.
7. Educational Disclaimer
Connect 2 Therapy provides educational resources and general wellbeing information.
The App does not provide:
* Medical diagnosis
* Emergency support
* Crisis intervention
* Individual psychological treatment

8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
* Use the App only for lawful purposes
* Provide accurate information where required
* Keep your account information secure
* Not misuse or attempt to interfere with the App

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Continued use of the App after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
