Privacy Policy for Connect and Pair

Connect and Pair (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require account registration and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name, phone number, or email through the App.

The App may store limited gameplay-related data locally on your device, such as:

sound/music/vibration preferences,

selected difficulty/language settings,

local high scores.

This data is stored using local device storage (SharedPreferences) and is used only to support app functionality.

2. Permissions

The App may request the following permission:

VIBRATE: used to provide haptic feedback during gameplay (if enabled by the user).

The App’s Android manifest currently includes:

com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID.

At this time, the current codebase does not include third-party ads/analytics SDK integrations. If advertising or analytics features are added in future versions, this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. How We Use Data

Any locally stored data is used only to:

save your game settings,

keep local game progress/preferences,

improve gameplay experience (e.g., vibration toggle behavior).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We do not intentionally share personal data with third parties from within the current app implementation.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Data stored by the App remains on your device unless:

you clear app data,

you uninstall the App,

or use in-app reset features (if available).

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is designed as a general-audience game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Security

We use standard Android local storage mechanisms for app settings and gameplay-related data. While no method is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to minimize privacy risks in the current app design.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be reflected with a new effective date.
